We do not ask you to submit a full Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA) on this website. Any application taken later will be handled through our origination process and applicable privacy notices (including GLBA / Regulation P notices where required).

We use personal information to respond to inquiries; pre-qualify or refer your file; shop loan programs with investors and lenders; schedule calls; improve the website; prevent fraud; and comply with law, including mortgage licensing, fair lending, and record-retention rules. We do not publish live rates.

You agree to provide accurate information on forms. Misrepresentation may result in denial of a loan or other remedies.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and the Primal Lending name and logo are owned by Primal Lending LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primal Lending LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. The site is provided “as is.” Loan terms are not binding until disclosed and accepted in official loan documents.
